Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for credit pack purchases under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 14 of the original purchase date.
- None of the purchased credits have been used. We track credit usage, and if any credits from the purchased pack have been utilized, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
- In cases of a verifiable major service defect preventing the use of the purchased credits, and where our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Refundable Items/Services:
- Credits obtained through promotional offers, bonuses, or free trials.
- Purchases made more than 14 ago.
- Any service fees that are explicitly stated as non-refundable at the point of sale (e.g., one-time setup fees).
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at ben@theinstantjob.com with the following information:
- Your user ID or registered email address.
- The order number or transaction ID for the purchase.
- A clear reason for your refund request.
Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information to process it.
3. Refund Processing
- Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment (via Stripe ) within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's policies.
- All refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase.
